In addition to original art, I buy and sell antiques and unique artworks from around the world, providing collectors with carefully selected, high-quality pieces.

As JE Art Works continues to expand, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Personal Assistant to support daily operations, communication, and payment coordination and handling payments related to art sales and supplies.

This is a flexible work-from-home position — ideal for someone who’s dependable, communicates well, and enjoys helping a small business stay organized.

Position Overview

Position: Remote Personal Assistant
Type: Independent Contractor / Remote
Work Schedule: Flexible (Weekly or Bi-Weekly Tasks)
Compensation: $1,500 – $2,500 paid weekly or bi-weekly, based on performance and task volume

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to emails and messages

  • Organize artwork deliveries and track orders

  • Prepare and send invoices or payments as needed

  • Keep records of client transactions and communications

  • Handle errands, managing small financial disbursements (with provided company funds)

Requirements

  • Must be reliable, honest, and detail-oriented

  • Basic computer and communication skills

  • Able to work independently from home
